It was a shinning example of teamwork working with both Felicia over the phone as well as James in the office. Their professionalism and customer service were outstanding! This was the cheapest yet most well reviewed place in the area. On top of that both of the employees who were there were super helpful and kind. It’s also nice that they are a smaller business than say public storage so it seems like they care more about you and the safety of the stuff in your unit.
